The working principle of the insertion electromagnetic flow meter is based on Faraday's law of induction. In the electromagnetic flow meter, the conductive medium in the measuring pipe is equivalent to the conductive metal rod in Faraday's experiment, and the two electromagnetic at the upper and lower ends produce a constant magnetic field. When there is a conductive medium flowing through, there will be an induced voltage. The two electrodes inside the pipeline measure induced voltage generated. The measuring pipe is electromagnetically isolated from the fluid and the measuring electrode through a non-conductive lining (rubber, Teflon, etc.. Working Principle According to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, a pair of detection electrodes are installed on the pipe wall perpendicular to the axis of the measuring pipe the magnetic line of force.
