ICM-20948 is a high-performance 9-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU), claimed to be the world's lowest power 9-axis motion tracking device, produced by InvenSense company. Very suitable for smartphones, tablets, wearable sensors, and IoT applications, widely used in mobile devices, robots, drones, and various occasions that require precise posture measurement and motion tracking.

Adopting a 3-axis gyroscope, 3-axis accelerometer, 3-axis geomagnetic sensor, and digital motion processor (DMP) packaged in a 3mm x 3mm x 1mm (24 pin QFN) package ™)

DMP unloads motion processing algorithm calculations from the main processor to improve system power performance

The software driver program fully complies with Google's latest Android version

ICM-20948 supports auxiliary I2C interface for external sensors, on-chip 16 bit ADC, programmable digital filters, embedded temperature sensors, and programmable interrupts.

The working voltage range of ICM-20948 is as low as 1.71V. The communication ports include I2C and 7 MHz high-speed SPI.
