ICM-42607-P is a high-performance 6-axis motion tracking IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) developed by TDK InvenSense, which integrates a 3-axis MEMS gyroscope and a 3-axis MEMS accelerometer.

Ultra low noise and high precision
Gyroscope noise: 7 mdps/√ Hz, accelerometer noise: 100 μ g/√ Hz, the lowest among similar products
Full range adjustable: The gyroscope supports ± 250/500/1000/2000 dps, and the accelerometer supports ± 2/4/8/16g.
Temperature stability: The offset changes very little with temperature, with a gyroscope ZRO temperature drift of only ± 0.015 dps/℃ and an accelerometer zero drift of ± 0.15 mg/℃.
Intelligent power management
Low power mode: The 6-axis working current is only 0.55 mA, and the sleep mode current is as low as 3.5 uA.
Wake up function: Supports "Motion Wake Up" (WoM) and "Significant Motion Detection" (SMD) to extend battery life.
Flexible interface and scalability
Communication interface: Supports I3C (12.5 MHz), I2C (1 MHz), SPI (24 MHz) to meet different system requirements.
FIFO buffer: 2.25 KB storage space, supports burst reads, reduces the load on the main processor.
Programmable interrupts: 2 interrupt pins support multi event mapping, support level/pulse mode, and high/low level triggering.

Wearable devices: step counting, motion pattern recognition (running, swimming), fall detection.
Ear worn devices: head posture tracking, touch gesture recognition, in ear detection.
