SCH1633-D01 is a high-performance MEMS inertial measurement unit (IMU) produced by muRata company. This product has a measurement range of ± 300 °/s gyroscope and ± 8g accelerometer, supporting expansion to ± 26g. Its key features include low zero bias instability of 0.5 °/h, angle random walk of 0.03 °/√ Hz, and a wide operating temperature range of -40 to 110 ℃. Adopting the SafeSPI v2.0 interface, it provides 20/16 bit data output and has built-in self diagnostic function for 200+monitoring signals. The 11.8 × 13.4 × 2.9mm SOIC-24 package complies with AEC-Q100 Level 1 and RoHS standards, and is suitable for high-end applications such as ADAS, autonomous driving, and inertial navigation.
