After fierce competition through online voting, expert group evaluation, and comprehensive evaluation by the organizing committee, Murata's 6-axis inertial sensor "SCH1633-D01" for automobiles stood out from nearly 300 project products and won the "Intelligent Driving Product Award in the Automotive Industry".

Winning this honor shows the industry's high recognition of Murata's automotive grade products. The automotive 6-axis inertial sensor "SCH1633-D01" combines Murata's years of accumulated 3D MEMS and system design technology, integrating 3-axis high-precision gyro into one MEMS, along with a 3-axis ACC MEMS and an ASIC. Compared to the previous generation product, the size has been reduced by 30%, the cost has been reduced by 50%, and key parameters such as noise and zero bias instability have been optimized by over 50%.

By adopting Murata's proprietary Premold packaging technology, potential risks caused by welding can be effectively prevented. In addition, "SCH1633-D01" has a functional safety mechanism with over 200 monitoring points, achieving ASIL-B for individual components and ASIL-D for systems, with high long-term stability and reliability. At present, "SCH1633-D01" has provided safe, stable, and reliable high-precision body posture and position signals for multiple mass-produced or soon to be mass-produced mid to high end assisted driving models.
