TDK Invensense ICM-45686 and ICM-45605 ultra high performance 6-axis MEMS motion sensors adopt balanced rotor (B6) technology and low power consumption. These sensors combine a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer in a compact 2.5mm x 3mm x 0.1mm package. BG technology is a gyroscope MEMS architecture that can achieve excellent vibration suppression and temperature stability performance.
The CM-45686 provides a high full-scale range of up to 000 dps and 329.9 temperature stability detection to reduce temperature related drift, as well as high-performance features such as real-time clock input and 18 bit 19 bit high-resolution FIFO.
