Murata SCA3400 high-performance three-axis accelerometer

The Murata SCA3400 high-performance three-axis (XYZ) accelerometer combines robustness, low noise density, good linearity, and high offset stability in temperature and time. The SCA3400-D01 accelerometer is designed specifically for industrial applications that require stability and accuracy in harsh environments. During the lifecycle of these modules, the offset drift of the X-axis and Y-axis is 0.5mg, and the offset drift of the Z-axis is 2mg. The misalignment error caused by changes in operating temperature is 2mg on the X-axis and Y-axis, and 3mg on the Z-axis. Murata's SCA3400 accelerometer exhibits excellent performance in terms of accuracy, with a linear error of 1mg in the 1.2g range and a noise density of 20 µ g/√ Hz. Other features include user selectable dynamic range, low-pass filtering, self diagnosis, and mature capacitive 3D-MEMS technology. The application areas include structural health monitoring (SHM), machine control, construction tools and systems, and inertial measurement units (IMU).
