To prevent issues such as water droplets and dust when used outdoors, the waterproof ultrasonic sensor adopts a structure where piezoelectric ceramics are bonded to a metal housing, and the openings are filled with resin.

Compared to traditional products, the MA48CF15-7N achieves more stable close-range and long-range detection performance by narrowing the tolerance of sensor characteristics.

The product features stable distance detection performance and high reliability, making it suitable for applications such as automatic braking systems and automatic parking systems in passenger vehicles.

Murata | MA48CF15-7N does not support applications other than automotive.
