This series contains three models: CH16T-K01 – Multifunctional high-performance general-purpose IMU SCH16T-K10 – Gyro detection range extended, suitable for high-speed measurements SCH16T-K20 – New product characterized by significantly improved performance of the gyro and accelerometer. The S16T series products feature the market-leading stable MEMS platform and are equipped with state-of-the-art MEMS gyroscopes. The wide measurement range acceler in SCH16T-K01 and SCH16T-K10 offers automotive-proven performance in harsh environments. The new accelerometer MEM in SCH16T-K20, compared to the K01 and K10 models, has reduced temperature bias drift and half the noise density. The MEMS sensor is based on the existing SCA3400 and the legacy SCA103T series sensors that employ a double differential measurement principle. In addition, gyro calibration in K20 has been fine-tuned, resulting in smaller temperature bias drift compared to other product versions. The SCH16T platform has undergone rigorous with a test suite based on the AEC-Q100 operating temperature grade 1 (−40°C to  125 °C), ensuring stable over a wide temperature range.
