TDK-InvenSense ICM-20690 Six-axis motion tracking device

The ICM-2060 is a six-axis motion tracking device with a primary interface for UI and an auxiliary interface that can be configured as a SPI slave device for optical image stabilization (OIS applications or an I2C master device to support other sensors.

Digital output X, Y, and Z-axis angular velocity sensor (gyscope), with independently programmable full-scale range of ±31.25, ±62,5, ±125, ±250, ±00, ±1000, and ±2000 degrees/sec for UI and OIS paths
