Working Principle: Adopts lead zirconate titanate (PZT) piezoelectric ceramic and TDK patented copper inner electrode HAS (High Active Stack) technology. Bare-chip package structure with high reliability, manufactured by TDK Electronics.
Function: Nano-level high-precision linear displacement drive. It achieves a displacement of 15.6μm (0.0006") under 160VDC driving voltage with an output force of 1400N, featuring fast response and high positioning accuracy.
Advantages: Compared with conventional actuators, it features compact size (5.2×5.2×10mm), high force-to-volume ratio, excellent humidity stability, long service life and low temperature drift.
Electrical Parameters: Capacitance 1μF, resonant frequency 165kHz, operating temperature: -40℃~+160℃.
