The HWS3000 series (including G, GT and GT4 models) is a 3000W-class high-density programmable AC-DC power supply developed by TDK-Lambda. It features compact size, high power output, programmable function and strong compatibility, effectively solving the drawbacks of traditional high-power power supplies such as bulky structure, low control accuracy and poor adaptability. It is an ideal power solution for laboratory testing, semiconductor equipment, RF amplification and other applications.
Power & Dimension: Rated power reaches 3000W (1500W under low-voltage single-phase input). With compact dimensions of only 270×150×61mm and light weight, it boasts industry-leading power density.

Programmable Output: Standard models with 24V, 48V, 60V, 130V and other outputs are available. It supports full-range CV/CC (Constant Voltage/Constant Current) programming from 0 to rated voltage and current, satisfying power supply demands of precision loads.
Control Modes: Dual control modes including RS485 Modbus digital control and 1–5V/4–20mA analog control are supported, enabling flexible switching between remote debugging and local operation.
Environmental Adaptability & Reliability: It achieves up to 93% conversion efficiency with variable-speed fan noise ≤45dB. The operating temperature ranges from -20℃ to +70℃, and cold start is available at -40℃ to adapt to harsh industrial environments. It comes with a 5-year warranty, and redundant design of core capacitors ensures longer service life.
