Tronics AXO315® (often abbreviated as AXO315).Full Chinese name: High-performance Single-axis Closed-loop Digital MEMS Accelerometer, also known as Force-balanced SMD MEMS Accelerometer.
It is a tactical-grade single-axis MEMS accelerometer launched by Tronics, a subsidiary of TDK.It adopts a closed-loop force-balanced architecture, 24-bit SPI digital interface, and hermetically sealed ceramic SMD package (12×12×5 mm, 1.4 g).It can directly replace quartz accelerometers and mechanical inclinometers, featuring smaller size, lighter weight and lower cost.
High-precision inertial navigation: Applied in Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), Inertial Navigation System (INS), Attitude and Heading Reference System (AHRS), Motion Reference Unit (MRU).
Dynamic inclination measurement: Servo inclinometer, dynamic inclinometer, industrial motion control and attitude stabilization.
Vibration and motion monitoring: High-precision testing instruments, industrial equipment health monitoring, motion control of robots and unmanned devices.
Measurement Range: ±14 g (single-axis in-plane)
Resolution: 2 μg/LSB, Noise Density: 15 μg/√Hz
Bias Stability: Allan variance 4 μg, 1-year composite bias repeatability 1 mg

Operating Temperature: -55°C to +105°C (standard version); T0 (+150°C) / T1 (+175°C) high-temperature versions are available for oil and gas drilling.
