I. Quick Reference for Common Alarm Codes
FIU / AL-01 (No Signal / Signal Too Low)
Possible Causes: Incorrect or loose wiring; damaged piezoelectric crystal in the sensor; intense pipeline vibration interference; flow rate too low, not reaching the meter's minimum flow.
Fixing Methods: Check and tighten the cables; perform self-diagnosis of the meter in a no-flow state; reinforce pipeline support or adjust the meter's damping coefficient; verify if the working condition flow is within the measurement range.
ERR / AL-02 (Measured Value Exceeds Range)
Possible Causes: Actual flow far exceeds the meter's upper limit; two-phase flow in the process medium (e.g., gas-liquid mixture); incorrect display unit setting.
Troubleshooting Method: Verify whether the process operation status is normal; ensure that the medium fills the pipeline and is in a single-phase flow; check the upper limit of the range and the display unit in the instrument parameters.
SYS / Hardware Error
Possible Causes: Internal module connection failure; circuit board moisture or damage.
Troubleshooting Method: Restart after power off; if it occurs repeatedly, please contact a professional for maintenance or replacement.
II. No Alarm but Abnormal Reading
Problem: Large reading fluctuation

Countermeasures: Adjust the vibration filtering (damping) settings of the instrument; ensure the requirement of 10D before and 5D after the straight pipe sections.

Countermeasures: Shut down the machine, inspect and clean the vortex generator and the sensor head.
