4. Installation and Commissioning Precautions
When installing and commissioning natural gas flow meters, the following precautions should be taken:
Installation direction: Ensure that the medium flow direction is consistent with the arrow on the flow meter to avoid measurement errors.
Installation method: Choose the appropriate installation method based on site conditions, such as vertical or horizontal installation, and ensure that the installation requirements of the flow meter are met.
Pipeline requirements: Ensure that there is sufficient straight pipe section length before and after the flow meter to adjust the flow field and reduce measurement errors. At the same time, the pipe diameter should be slightly larger than or equal to the inner diameter of the instrument.
Sealing performance: When using a sealing ring, ensure that the inner diameter of the sealing ring is slightly larger than or equal to the inner diameter of the instrument and that the sealing performance is good.
Debugging and calibration: After installation, perform debugging and calibration work to ensure the accuracy and stability of the flow meter. At the same time, establish a complete maintenance and repair record system for easy retrieval and maintenance.
